Stick & Puck

To keep the sessions fair and accessible for everyone, formal coaching and organized instruction is not permitted. Players are encouraged to practice at their own pace, be respectful of others on the ice, and share the space responsibly.

This is a great opportunity to:

  • Get extra ice time
  • Try new moves and be creative with the puck
  • Work on shooting, skating, and puck handling
  • Simply enjoy the game in a low-pressure setting

Stick & Puck is all about having fun, being creative, and getting back to the joy of the game — all while maintaining a safe and positive environment for everyone.

***FULL EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR UNDER 18.***  Helmets, gloves and shin guards are required over 18. Other protective equipment is recommended. 4 nets are provided.

Please plan to bring your own sticks and pucks to use. Sessions are capped at 30 hockey players.
